RedFish LongTerm Capital S.p.A.<\/strong> founded in 2020 by Paolo Pescetto, Andrea Rossotti together with the Bazoli and Gitti families is an Industrial Holding Company based in Milan. The Company specializes in acquisitions of Italian family-owned SMEs, in particular the Companies of interest for RFLTC can be traced back to mature companies (EBITDA > 2M€) but that want to pursue a new phase of strong development and approach the world of acquisitions both in Italy and in new foreign markets, facts such for which the entry of a Holding Company like RFLTC can certainly help under the organizational and financial aspect.<\/p>\n

RFLTC acquires participations with a long-term time horizon and with a deal structure specialized in qualified minority or alterative majority transactions (including in Club Deal where RFLTC plays the role of primary shareholder and expresses the governance of the organized club deal).<\/p>\n

RFLTC’s role in the ecosystem of its investees is to support them to grow some critical areas by providing them with manager support services for finance, management control and debt optimization, but especially advisory services for the acquisition of Target Companies in order to pursue the development plan by external lines.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
